Mexico City. -A pair of truck drivers lived minutes of terror on Tuesday afternoon, after a foul smell led them to make a nightmarish discovery: the lifeless and rotting body of a man, lying among the undergrowth in a vacant lot in the mayor’s office. Azcapotzalco.
The macabre discovery occurred on San Carlos Avenue, between Aztacalco and Los Ángeles, in the neighborhood San Martín Xochinahuacright behind two white sheet mobile stands, on the side of an abandoned factory near Las Culturas Avenue.
