Mexico City. – During the last days the mayor of Benito Juárez, Luis Mendozacommitted to improving the quality of life of its governed, but the public services that it must provide through the Center for Citizen Services and Attention (Cesac)they have a delay of more than 2 thousand services. For the area, the PAN administration appointed officials who already demonstrated their ineffectiveness in the last administration, in addition to their lack of experience.
The Cesac administration points out that it is managed through the Unified Citizen Assistance System (SUAC), although its inhabitants have complained about its lack of attention. This platform indicates that it maintains 2,430 requests for patching, pruning, beacon, sewer maintenance services, among others that have not been attended to by the PAN administration.
The CESAC is the area that receives requests for services and channels attention to its staff. The directory indicates that the area is directed by Alejandro Diez Barroso. Information about his career indicates that he was part of the previous government in BJ, while Santiago Taboada governed (2018-2024). Diez Barroso was in the first three years as Coordinator of the Single Window, an area pointed out by merchants to avoid giving records to maintain illegal quotas; From 2021 to 2023 he was director of Urban Development, while between 2023 and 2024 he was general director of Planning, areas in charge of endorsing the construction and occupation of new real estate developments.
Furthermore, the deputy director of Cesac, Martín Guzmán Castillo, the only experience he declared to be one of those in charge of managing the services, corresponds to 2010-2012, when he was director of Planning with the then delegate of Benito Juárez, Mario Alberto Palacios.
Despite the low results of Cesac, Luis Mendoza, before the Advisory Council for International Cooperation in Follow-up of the 2030 Agenda, committed that the population of Benito Juárez will have the highest human development index not in the capital, but in Latin America.
