This was announced by the Secretary of Citizen Security (SSC) of Mexico City through a statement this October 17, where it detailed that as part of the social reintegration strategies of the Secretary of the Penitentiary System, more than 25 people deprived of liberty (PPL) created a monumental alebrije that will participate in the 17th Monumental Alebrijes Parade.

Talent behind the walls
The agency explained that the project is part of the actions that promote art, collaboration and the reconstruction of the social fabric within penitentiary centers.
