Either they comply or they are left without casual Friday
Festive Cubicle.- The Ministry of Labor warned that all offices that do not install their respective altar for the dead this year will not be able to participate in the tamales party or access the institutional champurrado.
With the intention of making the placement of altars mandatory in all workplaces, the labor authorities determined that, in order to enjoy the autumn celebrations, all offices must have previously set up their regulatory offering.

Offices will have to comply with this if they want to eat tameles
“We are tired of seeing offices where they only put a candle or a black and white photo of the boss’s mother and pass it off as an altar. That doesn’t count”said the head of the agency.
To make sure that all offices comply with the mandate, federal inspectors will tour government buildings and private offices to verify that the altars have, at a minimum: three levels, two candles, bread of the dead, papel picado, a photo of an actor from the golden cinema era and something from the Gamesa brand.

Offices that do not comply will be sanctioned with the temporary loss of godínez rights, which include:
-
Prohibition of using the common coffee maker.
-
Casual Friday suspension.
-
And automatic exclusion from the Day of the Dead party (no tamales or raffles).
And in case you missed it: a taxi driver who attacked a foreign tourist and an Uber driver is suspended
