Felipe Calderón was captured with the national leader of the PAN, Jorge Romero Herrera, during a work report presented by Margarita Zavala, wife of the former president, who raised a possible return to politics in an interview.
Mexico City, October 20 (However).- The former president Felipe Calderón Hinojosa (FCH) was captured today with the national leader of the National Action Party (PAN), Jorge Romero Herreraduring a work report presented by some blue and white deputies, including Margarita Zavalawife of the former federal president, who said she was interested in returning to politics during an interview.
Through social networks, Romero Herrera shared a post about the event in which the legislator Zavala and the legislators Héctor Saúl Téllez Hernández and Federico Döring reported on their activity in the Chamber of Deputies.
“Their work as federal legislators demonstrates results and a deep commitment to Mexican families,” indicated the national leader of the PAN in his publication, which he accompanied with several photographs, in one of which he appears with Calderón Hinojosa.

FCH expresses interest in returning to politics
This same Monday, the former president held a conversation with the communicator Azucena Uresti, in which he proposed a possible return to political life, which will depend on how the relaunch of National Action evolves.
“I am interested in knowing exactly what it consists of and, above all, how this relaunch process is carried out, which is not the first in the history of the PAN, before making a personal decision that may involve rejoining active politics or not. That is my answer,” Calderón commented in the interview.
During the same conversation, the former state president said he saw progress regarding the opening of the PAN to get closer to the citizens, and declared that this is “the most important demand and the most important need that the party has.”
Felipe Calderón Hinojosa also showed his disagreement with the blue and white’s refusal to form alliances with other parties such as the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and the Citizen Movement (MC), as he said that “there are good people and there are very bad people in the parties, in all of them.”
In the same sense, he indicated that the “divorce” of the PAN with the other political forces must be “very respectful”, but he delved into the fact that the party “has to reconstruct its own identity based on its personal reference.”
“That is, the PAN, to be known as PAN, has to be identified by citizens with its initials, with its leadership, with its militants,” he added.
