The agreement between the European Union (EU) and Mercosur could “changing the future of thousands of businesswomen from all over the world who speak Portuguese”. This is the vision of the Portuguese Language Business Women’s Club (CNLP), which will promote a forum on this topic in Lisbon next week.
The first event will be on October 28th, at Casa da América Latina. Throughout the morning, businesswomen and professionals from various areas will discuss the impacts of this agreement. The forum is free and registration is open this link.
120 people are expected. “A new unmissable moment to expand our business with the Mercosur-EU Free Trade Agreement”, highlight the organizers.

The idea for the debate — which will take place in three different cities — comes from the club’s president, Rijarda Aristóteles. She realized that the gender issue was (and still is) absent in discussions about the economic agreement, and that is why she decided to take the lead. Details of the program will be announced soon.
After Lisbon, the debate will be held in two Brazilian cities: Brasília, on November 27th, and Fortaleza, on December 3rd. All meetings will have free entry.
