Housing for Wellbeing: States with available modules and how to locate them

The program “Housing for Wellbeing”, Promoted by the National Housing Commission (CONAVI), it continues its deployment in Mexico to guarantee access to decent housing for families in vulnerable situations.

This federal initiative focuses on heads of households, older adults, people with disabilities and indigenous communities, with the objective of building one million 800 thousand homes throughout the country.

This program started on September 25 with the registration phase in the 53 Conavi modules distributed, so far, in 25 states of the Mexican Republic.

How to locate your module?

The population can access the interactive map available on the program microsite: pvb.conavi.gob.mx.

Through this platform, it is possible to locate the nearest module, check the days and hours of operation, and plan the visit to carry out the corresponding procedure. All you have to do is verify that your status is green, select it and later you will be able to see the available modules and the opening hours.

If a module has not yet been installed in your town, Conavi recommends staying tuned for the next phases of the program, during which it plans to extend service to more regions of the country.

Necessary documentation

To carry out the registration, it is necessary to present an original and a copy of the current official identification with photograph (INE or equivalent), the updated CURP and proof of address no older than three months.

At the end of the registration process, Conavi will review the applications within a maximum period of 20 business days. Once this stage is completed, a preliminary list of preselected people will be published both on the official portal www.gob.mx/conavi as in various strategic points within the intervention areas.

The beneficiaries will be contacted by phone, text message or WhatsApp to schedule a home verification visit, during which the data provided will be confirmed and, if necessary, additional information or documentation will be required.
