The FGE prosecuted an air conditioning technician in Mérida for the crime of fraud, for charging and keeping a mini split instead of repairing it.
The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) Yucatán reported that for misappropriating a mini split that he was commissioned to repair, the person who identifies himself with the initials MJMH, was linked to proceedings by the crime of fraudas he refused to return the equipment.
At the hearing before the First Control Judge of the First District based in Mérida, the FGE provided evidence in the criminal case 414/2025.
