At a press conference, the owner of Tahona Bakery explained that more and more people are looking for new flavors, something different from the traditional bread of the dead, which is why it is now made with all kinds of filling, such as cream, cheese with blackberry and hazelnut cream, among other ingredients.
The president of the National Chamber of the Baking Industry stated that, Although tradition states that November 1 is All Saints’ Day and November 2 is All Souls’ Day, the sale of bread begins from the first days of Octoberso it is practically said that consumers look for this food for a month.
