The rescue occurred thanks to an emergency call from residents of the municipality who alerted authorities that an abandoned girl was walking through the neighborhood of San Sebastian.
Emily, who was at least 2 years old, was abandoned during the early hours of this Thursday, October 23, and a neighbor found her.

Elements of the Directorate of Public Security and Civil Protection Emily was moved to DIF municipal and the baby was placed at the disposal of said authority, where she receives care under the protocol established for these situations.
The abandoned girl will remain in the Pink Building of Teoloyucanwhere you will be given the necessary care for your speedy recovery.
Authorities urged the population to contact the DIF Central Teoloyucan to the number 55-58-64-49-50in case of an emergency
