According to article 87 of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)the bonus is a benefit that is provided to all people who remain active in the labor market, regardless of their working time or type of contract. This means that people who found work through Inapam can also collect this amount.
The law establishes that the payment must be equivalent to a minimum of 15 days of the worker’s usual salary and must be received strictly before December 20.
To be part of the program and be able to receive a bonus each year, those interested must meet the following requirements:
- Be 60 or older.
- Have the original INAPAM credential.
- Present an official identification with a photograph (original), for example, INE, valid passport, driver’s license or IMSS/ISSSTE health card.
The procedure to get a job in a company is as follows:
- Fill out social inclusion application.
- Interview with the Productive Linkage Promoter.
- Selection of offer to a productive and/or voluntary activity.
- Interview management with companies.
