TIZIMÍN, Yucatán.- Last Saturday night, a violent accident in a house located on 87th Street and 44-A, on the land where the National Warehouses (Andsa) operated, in the south of the city.
The information collected indicates that, around 10 p.m. last night, after a flirty argument, a man of approximately 25 years of age was injured.
Apparently, the woman’s parents intervened in the conflict in order to defend her and, in the struggle, the man was injured in the head and left arm.
It was learned that, when he was inside the room, the subject began to destroy and break whatever he found in his path, forcing the woman’s father to take a piece of wood with which he hit the individual.
Paramedics from the Municipal Police and the Red Cross arrived at the scene, the first assessed the injured person and determined that he needed to be transferred to the hospital. However, those from the Red Cross could not board him to an ambulance due to the subject’s impertinent attitude. A paramedic from the Municipal Police provided first aid at the scene.
The man’s wife reportedly indicated that she would not press charges against her husband, so he was not arrested.
The Municipal Police intervened to calm the situation and managed to convince the man to allow himself to be treated by the paramedic, since he was locked in a room with his little daughter.
