His teammate, Oscar Piastri, who arrived in Mexican territory as the leader, dropped to second position in the championship with 354 points, while Red Bull’s Max Verstappen stayed in third place with 310 units.
With four races left – Brazil, Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi – before the end of this Formula 1 season, the fight for the drivers’ championship is more alive than ever and will keep thousands of fans around the world waiting for what may happen.
According to the organizers, this Sunday’s attendance was 153,867 people, while the total for the weekend was 401,326 people.
