The Club World Cup is up and running and the first heavyweight contest is played on Sunday as PSG take on Atletico Madrid in California.

The revamped event got underway in forgettable fashion as Al Ahly and Inter Miami played out a goalless draw in the tournament’s opener.

Bayern Munich ended the brief goal drought by mauling Auckland City in Cincinnati before PSG and Atletico meet at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

It is a Group B contest, , with the other two teams in the group being Brazilian outfit Botafogo and Americans Seattle Sounders.

PSG are coming into the tournament on a high after winning the Champions League completed a spectacular treble for Luis Enrique’s side.

Atletico finished third in La Liga and come into the game as underdogs, but are more than capable of causing an upset.

The two sides met in the Champions League last season with Atletico dramatically winning a group stage game 2-1 in Paris with an injury-time winner.

The match kicks off at 8pm UK time on Sunday June 15 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

How to watch Atletico Madrid vs PSG?

All the games at the Club World Cup are being shown live on DAZN which is free to sign up for and stream the event.

Some games are being shown live on Channel 5, but Atletico Madrid vs PSG is not one of them, it is just on DAZN in the UK.

The next match on Channel 5 after Bayern Munich vs Auckland City on Sunday is Chelsea vs Los Angeles FC on Monday at 8pm.
