Ana Catarina Pereira and Fifó are among the 15 players called by the national women’s futsal coach, Luís Conceição, for the first Women’s Futsal World Championship, to be held in the Philippines, between November 21st and December 7th.
The list was revealed this Monday, October 27th, with the selection meeting scheduled for November 3rd, in Cidade do Futebol. The trip to the Philippines scheduled for November 13th.
Portugal is in Group C, with Tanzania, Japan and New Zealand.
The top two in each group advance to the quarter-finals and the game that will decide the sport’s first world title will be on December 7th.
