“Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the War Department carried out three lethal kinetic attacks against four vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations (DTOs) trafficking narcotics in the Eastern Pacific,” the US Secretary of War announced on social media.

In the third attack, two stationary boats were destroyed while at least two people moved on board.

Semar begins work to rescue survivor of attack on boats
