The sister of rapper Young Bleed has disputed social media reports that he is dead, but she confirmed that he is being treated in the intensive care unit of a hospital.

- Young Bleed’s sister, Tedra Johnson-Spears, confirmed that he is alive in a post on Facebook.
“@snoopdogg and I was just talking about how we have to love each other while we here! We just turned up with our brother @therealyoungbleed@verzuztv Thanks for all y’all prayers and we need more prayers for him and his family as he fights in ICU #GodGotUs#NoLimitSoldier Tell your people you love them every time they walk out the door,” Master P wrote.
Young Bleed’s Sister
Young Bleed’s sister confirmed he was not dead in the Facebook post on October 28.
“This will be my first and last post,” she wrote all in caps. “We are receiving a tremendous amount of calls about my big brother Glenn, Tank, Young Bleed. If you have not called his mother personally, please do not post about him.”
She added, “Our family ask that you respect our privacy and hold all calls and text at this time. He is still currently in ICU and his mother asked if you all would respect her wishes and not make any RIP post.”
Jessica Johnson responded in the comment thread, “In that order cousin! CONTINUED prayers for my cousin. God is a healer. May God continue to strengthen you cousin while you’re doing what you are doing.”
Fans Offered Prayers for Young Bleed, Whos Name Is Glenn Clifton, Jr.
Fans responded on Master P’s comment thread. “Prayers up for Young Bleed,” wrote one.

According to TMZ, Young Bleed was full of energy at ComplexCon, where he performed “How Ya Do That.” He suffered a “major medical emergency” after that appearance, TMZ noted.
