BCP achieved a profit of 775.9 million euros in the first nine months of 2025, which represents an increase of 8.7% compared to the same period last year. The positive trend was noticeable in the national market and abroad.
In Portugal, the bank’s net profit reached 654 million euros in the same period, a year-on-year increase of 8.0% in the period under analysis (606 million a year earlier). At the same time, profit resulting from operations abroad rose 19.8% and reached 230.7 million euros (192 million in the same period last year).
According to the results, disclosed in a statement to the CMVM, the Bank Millenium recorded profits of around 202.0 million eurosdespite the charges of 380.2 million associated with the CHF mortgage loan portfolio.
Between January and September, Millenium BCP also recorded a 9% increase in mobile customerswhich represented 74% of the customer base, in September 2025. In total, the bank now has 7.2 million active customers.
