The singer’s ex-husband Is asked in court custody of their daughter, Somersault Wonder Bernadborn last year.
The couple separated in March this year, after Sia files for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
This month, Daniel Bernad, Sia Furler’s ex-husband, asked in court a pension of around 215 thousand dollars per monthjustifying the request with the fact that he was “financially dependent” on the singer” and wanted to maintain his “luxury lifestyle”.
Now, Daniel Bernad has asked for full custody of his daughter, claiming that Sia is an “unfit” mother, posing a “serious and immediate” danger for the baby’s safety.
“Sia is a mother who cannot be trusted, who suffers from substance abuse and addiction problemswhich makes her unable to take care of Summi [alcunha de Somersault] with safety and stability. I am the only reliable parent for our child.
