Mexico City, October 29 (However).- The family of Kimberly Hilary Moya Gonzáleza CCH Naucalpan student who disappeared on October 2 while going to make copies, reported that the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico has not made them aware of the progress of the investigation nor answers about the whereabouts of the teenager, which is why he demands that the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) take the case.
“We are going to close the Airport, Insurgentes and Periférico Sur, with this UNAM and the CCH come together. Also Tlalpan and Viaducto. We only want Kim back, that is the only thing we ask, that justice be done,” said Kimberly’s mother, who held a press conference together with her legal advisor.
Regarding the opacity of the authorities, the mother accused that Federal Roads and Bridges of Revenue and Related Services (CAPUFE) will has denied access to requested security camera videos since October 8.
Lawyer Jairo Ocampo, from the Ocampo Sáenz Abogados firm, acknowledged that the Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Mexico has carried out procedures such as searches and seizures, but asserted that the case has surpassed the local authorities. He also requested the support of the Governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, to allocate a larger budget to the Disappearances Prosecutor’s Office.
“There is a discovery in one of the places that are related to the calls of the two, they found condoms and a Playboy box, I don’t know if they were magazines or videos, but those clues were collected. The family’s complaint is that of all the searches, they have not been informed of any. We are not informed,” the lawyer explained.

On October 17, Gabriel Rafael “N” and Paulo Alberto “N”, who remain in preventive detention justified by their probable participation in Kimberly’s disappearance, were linked to proceedings for the crime of disappearance committed by private individuals, this after a hearing of around seven hours.
The authorities have established that, during Kimberly’s journey from her home to the establishment where she made some impressions and on her return trip, a Volkswagen brand vehicle, gray sedan type, presumably driven by Paulo Alberto “N” repeatedly appears in the video recordings.
“It was determined that said vehicle continuously followed the victim, until it positioned itself at a point on Minas Street, San Rafael Chamapa neighborhood, where those now detained would have deprived the teenager of her freedom,” highlighted the Edomex Prosecutor’s Office.
The captured subjects have not provided information about Kimberly’s whereabouts.
