Through its X account, the capital airport suggested to its users who have a trip scheduled that day to check with their airline about the status of their flight.
He Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center (C5) of Mexico City reported that fog is recorded over Circuito Interior and Sonora, in the Peñón de los Baños neighborhood, in the Venustiano Carranza mayor’s office, where the capital’s air terminal is located.

In this regard, Volaris indicated that due to this weather phenomenon, some flights in its network are affected, so it asked travelers to check the status of their flight.
A few hours later, at 08:14 central Mexico time, the airport announced that takeoff and landing operations were normalized after the presence of fog in the airport area.

He reported that coordination is maintained with the airlines so that scheduled flights are carried out with the necessary security measures.
The capital airport asked passengers to continue monitoring the status of flights with the airlines and anticipate their arrival at the facilities.
