Donald Trump, the alleged murderer

One day he will have to pay for his crimes, because supported by the military power of the empire, the government of the American Donald Trump has executed, extrajudicially, without proving crimes, without due process and much less a sentence involved, at least 64 people whom he has described as “narcoterrorists”, without tangible evidence to corroborate his accusations.

At some point the International Criminal Court, which is based in The Hague, Netherlands, will have to analyze the criminal conduct of Donald Trump and the United States government. It will have to do so as the body responsible for punishing the most serious crimes that affect the international community: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression. These crimes are defined in the Rome Statute, which regulates the functions, powers and obligations of the International Criminal Court, issued by the United Nations on July 17, 1998, to finally enter into force on July 1, 2002.

Last Monday, October 27, 2025, the United States Army murdered 14 more people, after attacking four alleged drug boats in the waters of the Pacific Ocean, as announced on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 by the US Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, through his social networks.

According to the US official, last Monday, October 27, 2025, following instructions from President Donald Trump, the US War Department carried out three lethal attacks against four vessels operated by organizations classified by the US government as terrorists that presumably trafficked narcotics in international waters. In the opinion of the US official, the four vessels were transiting known drug trafficking routes and transporting narcotics.

The US Secretary of War described that eight suspected narcoterrorists were killed on the first boat; They murdered four during the second attack and three more people were killed in the third attack.

According to an assessment carried out by the Spanish news agency EFElast Monday would be the eleventh strike carried out by the US Navy against vessels supposedly loaded with drugs, first in the Caribbean Sea and then in the Pacific Ocean. Until last Monday, October 27, 2025, these extrajudicial executions would have claimed 60 lives of people for whom there is no evidence that they were criminals or drug traffickers, beyond the claims of the US government.

Just this Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the same character, Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War of the United States, announced that his army had killed four other people accused by Donald Trump’s government of trafficking narcotics by sea. Hegseth said via social media that the attack again took place in international waters, in the Pacific Ocean.

With the arrogance characteristic of the empire, the US Secretary of War stated: “The Department has spent more than two decades defending other homelands. Now, we are defending our own. These narcoterrorists have killed more Americans than Al-Qaeda and they will receive the same treatment. We will track them, we will connect them and then we will hunt them down and kill them.”

Because it occurred, presumably in international waters, outside the jurisdiction of any particular nation, in this “war” initiated by the United States government, the provision of Article 8 of the Rome Protocol would apply, which defines war crimes as intentional homicide, as well as sentences handed down and executions without prior trial before a regularly constituted court, with all the judicial guarantees generally recognized as indispensable.

While Article 25 of the same Rome Protocol states that Individual Criminal Responsibility, in accordance with this Statute, will be the person who commits the crime alone, with another or through another, or, where applicable, proposes or induces the commission of that crime, whether completed or attempted.

Declared criminal and, now, alleged murderer are the clothes that adorn the American president. We must not lose sight of the fact that in May 2024, Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 charges, including falsifying business records to cover up a sex scandal that threatened his arrival at the White House in 2016, part of a scheme that prosecutors described as a fraud on the American people. The Orange Man is the first sitting President of the United States, in the history of the country, who has been declared a criminal.

Trump should have remained behind bars for at least four years, which did not happen because on January 10, 2025, Judge Juan Merchan determined that despite being guilty of several crimes, Donald Trump, who at that time was already President-elect, due to his high investiture, could not be imprisoned.

Donald Trump could follow the same path as his dear friend, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, since we must not forget that on November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court, which has its headquarters in the city of The Hague, in the Netherlands, issued an arrest warrant against him, for allegedly being responsible for war crimes, for starvation as a method of war and for intentionally directing an attack against the Palestinian civilian population in the Gaza Strip.

Benjamin Netanyahu is accused of crimes against humanity, murder, persecution and other inhumane acts from at least October 8, 2023 to May 20, 2024, according to a publication by the International Criminal Court on its official website.

Faced with the excesses of the orange man who threatens the world from the United States, which could lead to a nuclear war, our government must take very seriously his threats that the empire could carry out a ground action in Mexico to attack the drug trafficking cartels, something that is not ruled out that it could also try in Venezuela and Colombia.

The government of Mexico must be very attentive to the angry and irrational outbursts of the American President who once again stated last Thursday, October 23, 2025: “Mexico is governed by the cartels. I have great respect for the President, a woman who I think is great. She is a very brave woman, but Mexico is governed by the cartels, and we have to defend ourselves from that.”

Power doesn’t last forever. The legion of Donald Trump’s followers is becoming more diluted every day and the orange man will never have the approval of the honest, sensible and generous men who still walk the face of the earth. And one day, surely, the hand of justice will reach him to pay for his crimes.
