Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) is out for revenge on the Dingles after being accused of murdering her husband and she’ll take every pound of flesh she can get.
Since the discovery of Nate’s body, it’s been a slanging match between Tracy and Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) who both firmly believe the other is the killer.
Cain was initially prime suspect having beaten Nate to a pulp the day he died, but the focus was shifted when real killer John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) planted Nate’s phone on Tracy and had the police investigate her.
Tracy vehemently denied any involvement and has since set out on a mission to get Cain done for the crime.
Her latest cruel twist hits Cain hard. She bans him from attending Nate’s funeral. Belle (Eden Taylor Draper) overhears her making plans for the sombre day and tries to convince Tracy to change her mind, but she is resolute.

Belle tries her best to make Tracy see how things really are – that no one truly knows what happened to Nate that day – but this leaves Tracy affronted, believing it to be an insinuation she killed her husband.
In response, Tracy extends the ban to the whole of the Dingles. Cain is devastated, so Belle starts working on Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick).
But Vanessa is in for a shock when she tries to appeal to Tracy’s better nature. The emotional single mum tells her sister that she needs to do this funeral right as it’s her way of making it up to Nate for
letting him down when he was alive. Vanessa fails in her mission and the Dingles remain banned. Cain will not take this lightly. How will he respond to Tracy’s cruel bid for revenge?
