Chelsea will begin their Premier League 2025-26 campaign against Crystal Palace when the new campaign gets underway in August.

After their title charge faded at the turn of the year, the Blues salvaged a respectable fourth place finish which also secured qualification for this season’s Champions League.

Chelsea take on defending champions Liverpool on October 4 at Stamford Bridge with derby clashes against Tottenham and Arsenal falling on November 1 and November 29.

The 2025/26 Premier League season will start on the weekend of August 16/17 – just 83 days after the end of the 2024-25 campaign.

Chelsea are currently in action in the Club World Cup, hoping to add another piece of silverware after scooping the Europa Conference League trophy in June.

The Londoners have already been very busy this summer, beating Manchester United to the signature of Liam Delap who has arrived from Ipswich Town for £30million.

Chelsea fans will also be desperate to get their first glimpse of Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian.

What Enzo Maresca has said ahead of the new season

Chelsea finished the season with the youngest squad in Premier League history.

Maresca is confident they can take the next step next season.

‘I didn’t have any doubt about the players. The doubt was from outside,’ the Italian told reporters.

‘All the ones that have the answers or the ones that have the truth, they were saying that we are too young, we are not good enough, they were waiting for Aston Villa to drop points for us to achieve the Champions League.

‘They were saying that we were not able to win on this pitch because we are too young, because we are not experienced. Unfortunately for them, they have all been wrong. All the ones that have the truth and have the answer to everything.’
