According to the investigations of the capital police, the 47-year-old man is identified as a collaborator of two men identified under the aliases of “El Chimbombo” and “El Trompas”, who are dedicated to illicit activities such as drug dealing, extortion and homicide; Its area of operation is in the Venustiano Carranza and Cuauhtémoc municipalities.
In this sense, “El Valente” is accused of extorting merchants from semi-permanent stalls and tenants in the Historic Center, whom he threatens and attacks with bullets to demand cash payments.
Valente “N” already had an entry into the Mexico City Penitentiary System in 2022 for carrying a firearm and crimes against health. Additionally, the same year, the authorities opened an investigation file against him for other crimes.
On December 2, capital police officers announced the arrest of José Alberto, alias “El Pepe”, and Luis Raúl, alias “El Cacas”, both members of ‘La Unión Tepito’, of the faction led by “El Chori”..
The arrest occurred at the intersection of the streets of El Carmen and República de Colombia, in the Centro neighborhood, where the two subjects were located when they were physically attacking a merchant, so the authorities carried out the arrest and seized a firearm, a metal magazine and two useful cartridges.
The capital police also seized 48 black plastic bags with crystal, 70 yellow plastic bags with powder cocaine, 32 doses of marijuana, a cell phone and cash.
