Hungani and Stephanie Ndlovu confirm end of their marriage

After months of speculation, Hungani and Stephanie Ndlovu have officially confirmed their separation.

HUNGANI AND STEPHANIE NDLOVU FINALLY BREAK THEIR SILENCE

Over the weekend, the pair released a joint statement announcing their decision to end their marriage.

Hungani and Stephanie, who tied the knot in an intimate garden ceremony on February 23, 2019, had been married for five years. In June 2022, the couple became parents to their first child, Rhulani, who just turned three.

Addressing a recent news article that revealed details about their split, they took to Instagram to share their side of the story.

In a heartfelt statement, they emphasised their commitment to co-parenting. They shared that while their marriage is ending, they remain united in raising their daughter.

“We’d like to take a moment to address the speculation surrounding our relationship. After much thought, reflection and conversations, we have mutually decided to part ways and end our marriage. While we had hoped to share this news at a time that felt right for us, the unfortunate early release by the media has prompted us to speak sooner than we had planned. Though our marriage is ending, our friendship is not,” read the statement.

“We are committed to showing up as a united team for our beautiful daughter, raising her with the same care, intention and joy she has always known. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us, specially through The Ndlovu’s Uncut. During this deeply personal time, we kindly ask for privacy, grace and compassion for our family,” read the statement.

‘I’M NOT A SAINT’: HUNGANI NDLOVU PENS A HEARTFELT MESSSAGE TO STEPHANIE

In 2023, the former couple marked their fourth wedding anniversary.

The Skeem Saam actor openly expressed his love in a touching tribute to Stephanie, sincerely thanking her for choosing to share her life with him.

“I’m not perfect, I’m not a saint. I’m not anything that people might think I am. You know my flaws, my traumas. You know my greatest weaknesses, my most vulnerable moments in life. I am growing, and my growing pains are real. With all that said…I wanna thank you for choosing me for the past 6 years, going on 7 years! I love you @miss_sandows and I hope we continue to mature in our love like fine wine,” he wrote.
