The Traitors fans who tuned into the spin-off show Uncloaked hoping to see Roxy’s reaction to learning the identity of the Traitors were left sorely disappointed.
Roxy rocked up in the Ed Gamble podcast studio for a serving of humble pie, after her parting words on the BBC show were a vote of confidence for the two Traitors.
‘I would love for Stephen or Rachel to win, I think they’re both amazing people and I think they’ve – hopefully – been faithful and honest throughout the process,’ she told the cameras.
But the clip that is normally shown on Uncloaked, in which the latest murder victim reads off the list of Traitors from a scroll and reacts to the reveal, was not part of the show.
Instead, Roxy joined Joe Marler and Minah from series three of The Traitors in the studio, having already learned that it was Stephen and Rachel in the turret.
Explaining why she thought the cloaked contestants were actually Faithful, Roxy said: ‘I trust people quite easily and I really built friendships with those two. I trusted them with my life, like I did.’
Taking to X to share their ire over the omission, Gavin wrote: ‘How have Uncloaked done us that dirty by not showing Roxy opening the envelope revealing the traitors,’ while Jonquil agreed in a comment, describing it as the ‘best part’ of the BBC spin-off show.

Another wrote: ‘Only watched uncloaked to see Roxy open the envelope which reveals the Traitors. They’ve rage baited me twice in half an hour.’
Meanwhile, some fans speculated the segment might have been spared from the show if Roxy had a particularly distraught reaction.
Why was Roxy’s reaction cut from Uncloaked?
The Traitors fans might have cracked the case for why this best bit wasn’t included ahead of the finale episode.
The moment might have been filmed with the banished contestant whose name will be revealed in tonight’s episode, so they can’t show us quite yet or it will spoil the fun.
Brian tweeted: ‘I reckon [Roxy] was filmed with whoever got banished after the chance chests (Rachel or James), so they’re withholding it now to protect the cliffhanger.’
If that’s the case, we might see the moment Roxy learns the Traitors’ identities in Friday’s bumper edition of Uncloaked, which will be nearly an hour, following on from the 75-minute finale on BBC One.
Ahead of the final on Friday, host Claudia Winkleman brought out the two chests that will decide the roundtable decision, after it resulted in a deadlock between Rachel and James.
Whichever player receives a chest with a shield in it will be protected from banishment and will make it into the final on Friday.
If Rachel, 42, is banished, then only one Traitor – Stephen – will remain in the game for the final.
However, if James, 38, leaves the show, then two traitors remain in the players’ midst, giving a higher chance of the prize pot being stolen from the Faithful.
The series finale of The Traitors kicks off on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Friday at 8.30pm.
