US actor Jerry O’Connell has been spotted on a Durban beach, fulfilling his longtime dream of visiting South Africa.
His trip comes shortly after British pop star Dua Lipa posted pictures of her week-long vacation to Cape Town.

Jerry O’Connell’s low-key trip to South Africa first came to light after he visited the Durban Country Club this week.
The US actor enjoyed a meal at Grimaldi’s, a restaurant known for its Italian cuisine.

Eagled-eyed fans also spotted the screen star posting an Instagram video from a location at Durban’s North Beach.
Jerry O’Connell is known for his roles in the movies Scream 2 and Jerry Maguire, and the TV series The Big Bang Theory.
It’s unclear if his trip is work-related or for leisure. It’s also unknown if he brought his actress wife Rebecca Romijn and their twin daughters Charlie and Dolly along.
LONGTIME FAN OF SOUTH AFRICA
Jerry O’Connell’s trip to South Africa comes a few years after he voiced his desire to visit the country.
In a 2019 interview, he claimed he hoped to visit Cape Town and Johannesburg.
He added that he had lots of South African pals.
He said: “When I moved to L.A. in the 90s, a lot of my friends…like…I fell into this South African social circle. A lot of South Africans live here in L.A. They’re just so funny and giving. Just a fun, fun, fun group of people.”
