Why We Love This Deal
We’re well into 2026, but for running shoe brands like On, New Balance, and Asics, it’s still the “end of season” period. While clearing inventory might be a headache for brands, it’s a boon for runners: This means you can find awesome, once-a-year-only deals on top-rated running shoes. Brooks, which is also in the midst of a major sale, just dropped all prices on Glycerin 22 shoes. This includes the super popular Glycerin GTS 22, which is $50 off.
The Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 is on sale for $115, a 30% discount from its normal price of $165. This shoe is one of Brooks’ most popular models, and it’s very rare to find it with a discount this deep, especially across several colorways with a ton of sizes (including wide sizes!) in stock. There are seven colors to choose from, but if we know anything about Brooks shoe deals, it’s that sizes go very, very fast, so don’t wait to get the one you need.

- Best For: Everyday training for runners who like a well-cushioned and supportive ride
The Glycerin GTS 22 is the stability version of Brooks’ well-cushioned Glycerin trainer (hence the “GTS” in the name, which stands for “Go-To Support”).
Like the regular Glycerin, the GTS version has a midsole made from DNA Tuned, a cushioning foam that’s infused with nitrogen gas. These embedded gas bubbles reduce the foam’s weight and make it exceptionally soft and springy, so you get a well-cushioned ride whether running or walking. Unlike the regular Glycerin, the GTS version includes GuideRails, or areas of raised, firmer foam around the edges of the footbed that gently guide your foot through each stride and keep it aligned within the shoe as you move.
Up top, the double jacquard knit upper offers good breathability, and generous padding on the tongue and ankle collar creates a plush overall feel. It’s not quite as snug and compressive as the StealthFit version of the Glycerin, which uses a seamless flat-knit upper, but shoppers report the GTS version also fits well.
Crucially, this shoe earned the Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association, which means it was tested and found to benefit foot health.
What Runners Are Saying
Runners report the Glycerin GTS 22 delivers an almost magical combination of cushioning and support, and it’s ideal for both running and everyday wear, especially if you spend a lot of time on your feet for work.
Many have praised the Glycerin’s “wonderful support” and “super soft” midsole cushioning, and some also noted this model fits exceptionally well. Various shoppers, including ER doctors and nurses, said the shoe is great for long hours of wear. “I can wear these all day and my feet never hurt,” one said.
The Glycerin GTS 22 is selling fast, and several size/colorway combos have already gone out of stock. Zip over to Brooks and grab your pair today before your size and preferred colorway sell out for good—the next generation of this shoe is coming, so once this model is gone, that’ll likely be the end.
