I hate to come with bad news just when things are getting dramatic, but Love Island 2025 does have to come to an end. And it’s actually very soon. The Islanders this year have provided, and ITV has come through with its promises of new twists and turns to keep us hooked.
That being said, all good things do come to an end. Soon, we’ll be crowning the winners of Love Island 2025, and the villa will play host to the grand live final. So here’s what we know about when that will be. I’m sad about it!
So, when does Love Island 2025 end?

via ITV
ITV hasn’t confirmed a final date, but the show is usually eight weeks and the final episode is always on a Monday night. So it’s not too hard to work out. Series 12 of Love Island started on Monday 9th June. That would mean the final is on Monday, August 4th. So we only have two more full weeks of villa chaos!
Then, it will be all eyes on the remaining couples. Who will be crowned winners? Who is taking home the £50k prize fund? The final usually sees the last remaining couples get all dressed up, and declare their love for each other. They go through their highlights with host Maya Jama, before the public crowns its winners.
There are two weeks left before that, which in Love Island time, is plenty. We can expect to see more arguments, breakups, bombshells and dumpings. In a recent interview, creative director Mike Spencer said the show is “ripping up the rule book” when it comes to twists and new elements of the show. There will definitely be something ahead of the big finale. I can’t wait to see what happens!
