Harrison has shared his first Instagram post since he quit the Love Island 2025 villa. After a whirlwind couple of weeks, Harrison decided to leave the show after Lauren was dumped.
Prior to his exit, Harrison had been in a messy triangle with Lauren and Toni. He coupled up with Lauren after Casa Amor, but continued to get to know both girls. Then, he slept with Lauren twice and didn’t tell Toni, whilst still telling Toni he was interested in her. Harrison then told the villa he wanted Toni back, and she chose him in a coupling. Shortly after this, Lauren was dumped.
Harrison then walked. In his exit interview, he admitted he “regrets things” but said the villa “wasn’t the same” without Lauren, so he chose to leave. Now, he’s opened up on Instagram about his journey. In the middle of all the drama, Women’s Aid shared a statement with The Tab, after Harrison’s behaviour was called “petrifying” by viewers.
Harrison shared a photo of himself with his bags after Love Island, and called the backlash he’s had “deeply humbling”. He called Love Island “a whirlwind” but “beautiful”.

Captioning the photo, Harrison said: “Back on home turf and carrying every lesson with me. What a whirlwind, confusing, raw, beautiful in parts, and deeply humbling. I entered with the intention not to hurt anyone.
“Truthfully, although I didn’t manage that, I leave with a heart more open, and a soul willing to learn. Life isn’t always easy, it’s felt, it’s flawed, it’s full of growth. Thank you to those who saw the good in me even when I struggled to see it myself. This is just the beginning.”
The statement got a mixed reception in the comments. Some called it a “mistake” to leave, whilst others said it was right for Harrison to go. But, fellow Islander Tommy was in the comments with some support. “Young bull,” he said, and added a heart emoji.
