A 53-year-old woman has been found dead inside her home with another woman, 25, arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
Emergency services were called to Thornaby in North Yorkshire on Friday afternoon, where the 53-year-old was found dead.
A 25-year-old woman remains in police custody on suspicion of manslaughter.
Cleveland Police said: ‘At 4.45pm on Friday 25 July police were called to Cornfield Road following the death of a woman, aged 53, at a property.
‘A 25-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and is currently in police custody for questioning.
