Chloe Kelly is the woman of the hour at the moment after securing the Lionesses’ win at Euro 2025.
The England women’s football team triumphed over Spain in a nail-biting final that saw Kelly, 27, score the winning goal during penalties.
It marks the first time an England team has won a major trophy on foreign soil.
Among the proud loved ones celebrating the team’s monumental achievement is Kelly’s husband, Scott Moore, who shared a touching message on his Instagram page.
‘Speechless once again,’ he wrote, along with two silver heart emoji.
‘I’m so grateful to have you by my side,’ Chloe added when she shared the post to her own Instagram Stories.

How did Chloe Kelly and Scott Moore meet?
Kelly maintains a fairly private life, but it is thought that she began dating the Everton groundsman after they met when she was playing for the team.
Opening up on how they met, Kelly told Vogue: ‘One day I held the door for him, and ever since that day he kept saying he was going to message me.
‘When he did slide into my DMs, I didn’t see it for ages, because it was in my requests folder, and then when I did see it I was like, “Who is this?” But when I saw a few people that I knew had followed him, I realised, I must know him!’
They then went on an unlikely first date to IKEA, and the rest is history.
‘We got a little monkey and every time I see it, it reminds me of when we went to IKEA,’ she told The Sun.
When did they get married?
Moore proposed in 2023 during a trip to Finland, popping the question under the Northern Lights.

Sharing a picture of the duo posing under the green skies and showing off her glittering engagement ring, Kelly wrote: ‘The easiest YES. Here’s to forever with you.’
Speaking about the moment on the NearlyWeds Podcast, Kelly lightly ribbed Moore over what made her happier – the proposal, or her winning goal at the 2023 Euros.
‘The wedding’s not been yet, so I’m going to say the winning goal,’ she teased.
The couple tied the knot in 2024 after being together for five years in a picturesque ceremony at Merrydale Manor in Cheshire.
She walked down the aisle in an incredible, intricate white lace dress with bridesmaid team-mates Ruby Mace and Steph Houghton.
Their one-year wedding anniversary fell during the Euros, with Kelly admitting she hadn’t had much time to celebrate among training and playing.

‘I haven’t even got a card, to be honest,’ she said before the tournament began. ‘I’m sure in the moment, I’ll think of something and get my mum to sort it
‘But no, we are just taking it each game as it comes, and we’ve got a huge game coming up, and we know that we need to be at our best for that, so not looking too far ahead.
‘I’m sure Scott has, but I definitely haven’t.’
Moore has been supportive of Kelly’s career, regularly attending her games as well as celebrating her achievements online.
During their final Euro match, Kelly’s shinpads bore an image of her and Moore kissing during their wedding, a touching tribute to their relationship.
