Another Coronation Street star has announced their exit from the ITV soap, with their final scenes having already aired.

Harry Lowbridge, who played Logan Radcliffe for just under a year, took to Instagram this weekend to announce his departure from the show.

‘Farewell Logan. It’s been a blast,’ he wrote, alongside a carousel of pictures from his time on set.

His co-stars rushed to the comments to wish him well, with Betsy Swain star Sydney Martin writing: ‘smashed it!!’

Dylan Wilson actor Liam McCheyne also left a series of applause emojis.

Fans were also quick to jump on the post, with one writing: ‘All the best for the future Harry.’

‘You’ve been amazing harry! all the best for the future,’ another penned, while a third added: ‘well done.’

Logan first appeared on our screens as part of a storyline that saw Mason Radcliffe being bullied by his older brothers.

Logan and brother Matty wreaked havoc on the cobbles, and dragged Mason into their dodgy schemes on more than one occasion.

The brothers were finally apprehended by police when they stabbed Mason to death during a fight, after Mason had turned them into the police for withholding evidence pertaining to Becky Swain’s death.

Last week, Logan was visited in prison by Carla Connor (Alison King), who was willing to pay him for information on Becky’s death in a bid to help Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) move past it.

Though Logan wasn’t very forthcoming, he eventually gave her the name Tia Wardley, but Carla’s research into the mystery person went nowhere.

Following the visit, Logan was threatened in his cell by another inmate who claimed that their mutual friend wasn’t happy with how much information he had given away.

Harry is not the first star to announce their exit in recent weeks, with Jenny Connor icon Sally Ann Matthews having devastated fans by revealing that she is also set to depart.

She’s not alone, with Billy Mayhew actor Daniel Brocklebank also set to wave the cobbles goodbye.
