Love Is Blind UK is back for its second series, but just as the new cast was announced there was one thing they all complained about: The promo pictures. Love Is Blind shared the glitzy new shoot pictures of the cast members, but all that had to say were bad things. Yikes.
And I’m sorry to say it, the cast members have a point. Disclaimer! I am in no way trying to say any of the cast members look awful, that’s what they’re saying about themselves. I just agree that when you stick a promo pic next to a photo they’ve posted themselves on Instagram, it could be two different people.
“Definitely need a new photographer because I’m going on these girls’ page and they look completely different, they’re gorgeous,” one viewer said, under the official Instagram post announcing the women taking part. Another added: “This photographer should be sued for defamation of character lol.”
A third brutally said: “Okay no seriously WAIT. Every single girl is so stunning on their IG and these pictures are DIABOLICAL. You guys need to do right by them and fix them. I would be so mad.”

One of the cast members calling out the pictures was Megan, a 28-year-old fitness and dance instructor. People in the comments said they wanted to “see Megan’s birth certificate” based on the photo Netflix shared. Megan herself said: “Don’t recognise myself in this 
but c’mon the girly pops.”
Loll was another 2025 cast member who commented about her picture. The 31-year-old account manager said: “This photo could not be worse if it tried though. So glad it’s mid laugh and I look very nervous live laugh loll.”

Former Love Is Blind cast members were also chiming in. Micah Lussier said: “What is this filter I feel like I’m looking at the start of a crime doc.” Others commented on the filter, and said it made the cast members “look like they have sun damage.” Ouch.
