Dana White Turns Vegas Casino Into a Cash Giveaway

It’s not every day fans get to interact with UFC CEO and president Dana White, much less get a part of his winnings at the blackjack table.

In a video posted by Happy Punch, White is seen at the blackjack table at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where he was surrounded by a giant crowd of fans. The video is chaos as the fans are heard and seen screaming in excitement as White stood up and handed out $1,000 orange chips.

It’s unclear exactly how many $1,000 chips White gave out in the video or if he gave out more after the person filming stopped recording. But giving away a few thousand didn’t seem to faze the UFC president.

It might be due to UFC’s recent groundbreaking seven-year deal with Paramount Skydance that occurred in August. The $7.7 billion media rights agreement marked a significant shift in the landscape of sports broadcasting.

Starting in 2026, all UFC events, including 13 marquee numbered events and 30 Fight Nights annually, will stream exclusively on Paramount+, with select major events also simulcast on CBS.

The deal also effectively ends the traditional pay-per-view (PPV) model for UFC events in the U.S.. Working with Paramount+ means fans get greater access to all content through the streaming platform’s standard subscription.

UFC’s and Paramount’s agreement came at the perfect time following Skydance’s $8 billion acquisition of Paramount. It’s a prime position for the company to leverage UFC’s content to enhance the streaming platform’s appeal. The deal represents a substantial increase in UFC’s previous contract with ESPN.

“This is going to be incredible for the fighters. We’ve talked about how this is good for the fans and good for the sport, but the fighters are also big beneficiaries here,” said White about the deal.

“We’ve looked to increase fighter pay whenever we could, even back in the beginning when we were losing money, and certainly will be doing so again.”
