Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Wednesday’s (August 27) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm.
Sienna Blake’s (Anna Passey) life is at stake following a deadly showdown with serial killer father Jez (Jeremy Sheffield), who was determined to keep his grisly secrets hidden.
Jez, as audiences know, has murdered countless people over the years, with his killing spree thought to extend back decades, with mum Martha (Sherrie Hewson) having assisted him in covering up his crimes.
Since his arrival in the village two years ago, he has claimed the lives of Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith), Bobby Costello (Zak Sutcliffe), Robbie Roscoe (Charlie Wernham), Abe Fielding (Tyler Conti) and fake therapist Tommy Odenkirk (Brandon Fellows).
He also killed Ian Stone, Bobby’s social worker, and we discovered that he was responsible for the demise of former mainstay Dennis Savage (Joe Tracini).
Sienna helped her killer dad cover up Dilly’s murder earlier this year, but has felt huge guilt over such a thing and desperately hoped that Jez had turned over a new leaf and put his killing streak to bed.
However, she uncovered the horror truth earlier this month when she stumbled upon Robbie’s body at the allotment, realising that her twisted father was not only still killing – but that he was doing so more than ever.
The situation appeared to culminate in a dramatic fashion on Wednesday (August 27), with it looking as if Sienna had been murdered by Jez.
Is Sienna Blake dead in Hollyoaks?
The events of Wednesday’s episode certainly indicate that Sienna is dead, but at the time of writing, no official announcement has been made by Hollyoaks to confirm such a thing.

However, this is soap, so anything is possible.
Killing off a character of Sienna’s calibre before the 30th anniversary would certainly be a bold move, but we’ll just have to wait and see what transpires in the episodes ahead.
What happens to Sienna in Hollyoaks?
Sienna found herself in danger when she confronted Jez on the matter of his killings.
The evil patriarch said that he was ‘born to kill’ and claimed that he and Sienna were the same, following her accidental killing of husband Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey).

Sienna was appalled by Jez’s actions and attempted to inform all the family, which led to a fall from the city walls.
Upon waking up, she bided her time by claiming that she’d lost her memory, hoping to inform the police about what Jez had done when the right opportunity arose.
DS Bolton came to realise that Sienna had something to say and urged her to come forward. Jez, meanwhile, attempted to stop Sienna from going to the police by manipulating her loved ones into thinking that she wasn’t coping and thus needed an intervention.
Sienna, however, used this as an opportunity to tell Jez how much she loves him, begging him to turn himself in. Jez agreed to do just that but, realising he’d been played, the villain murdered DS Bolton before she could call in his crimes and subsequently pinned the blame on Sienna.

Sienna absconded with Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) in tow, with a showdown ensuing on Wednesday at a garden centre nearby. Sienna was stalked by Jez, who at this point had told her loved ones that she was a murderer.
Terrified for her life, Sienna desperately tried to reach Dodger (Danny Mac), Cleo or Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) but Jez kept her out of reach, threatening to harm her if she made a noise as he continued to concoct a plan that would see her take the blame for his crimes.
As the episode came to an end, Sienna was seen motionless in the back of a van in Jez’s arms, in scenes which hinted at a conclusion of sorts, with emotional music sounding over the credits.
‘I’m sorry’ said Jez, shedding a tear. ‘We should’ve just accepted who we both really are. It needn’t have ended like this.
‘I’m so sorry Sienna’.
Has evil Jez struck again and claimed another victim? Has the almighty Sienna Blake reached a tragic end?
