Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) has even more on her plate than usual in Emmerdale at the moment.
Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) is currently in Australia visiting his daughter Debbie. It has left Moira with her usual stressful tasks of looking after Butlers Farm, and being mum to Kyle (Huey Quinn) and Isaac (Bobby Dunsmuir) on her own.
Moira fortunately had help in tonight’s episode from Lewis Barton (Bradley Riches), who was tasked with keeping an eye on Kyle and Isaac.
She certainly needed Lewis’ assistance, as Moira also had to deal with some pretty major news from Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths).
The new farmer revealed to Moira that she had agreed to a deal with Joe Tate (Ned Porteous), which would’ve seen her work with him to destroy Butlers. Moira was shocked at the revelation, but was intrigued when Celia spoke about the true extent of the Tate plan.

The two women then headed to Home Farm to confront Joe. The developments left him incredibly annoyed, and he vowed to Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) later in the day that Celia and Moira would live to regret their latest move.
Moira headed to the pub for a quiet drink to reflect on her day. She was feeling the tiniest bit hopeful, as she hoped she could create a powerful partnership with Celia.
It was at this point Kyle wandered in after playing some football with Moses. He headed through to the pub back room to collect his phone and then found Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle).

The teen was grabbing a break after starting work as a pot washer in the kitchen. As soon as Kyle laid his eyes on Dylan though, he recognised him and became terrified.
Kyle knew that he was looking at the person who broke into Butlers a few weeks ago. Because Kyle was determined to protect his family’s land, he grabbed a pitchfork and tried to scare Dylan away. Moments later, he ended up stabbing Dylan in the leg.
Dylan threatened Kyle and told him to keep quiet. This lasted all of five minutes though, as Kyle revealed everything to Moira once they were back home.

Moira told Kyle that no-one scares her children and gets away with it. As far as she was concerned, it was time for revenge.
In future scenes, Moira cleverly has Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) suggest Dylan come to Butlers to help with a job on the farm, and initially feigns ignorance as to what she’s learned.
April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) is sickened when she becomes aware of the plan and she’s forced to reveal the truth to a disgusted Chas. Wracked with anxiety and worried about her boyfriend, she ropes Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) in to a rescue mission as the two set off to the farm…
