
Real Betis will make their final offer to sign Manchester United winger Antony ‘in the coming hours’ ahead of transfer deadline day.
In a saga that has dragged out across the summer, Betis have been unable to strike an agreement with United who are determined to offload him permanently after three miserable seasons at the club.
Antony had a thrilling six-month loan spell at Betis during the second-half of the 2024-25 season and has been determined to rejoin the Spanish side this summer.
The Brazil international has turned down a number of offers from Saudi Arabia and Turkey, despite those clubs showing willingness to meet United’s asking price of €45million.
Much to United’s frustration, Betis has been reluctant to make a permanent transfer option but with just four days of the summer transfer window remaining, an offer is now expected to arrive.

ABC De Sevilla report will today [Friday] present an offer worth €25million (£21.6m), including a 50 per cent sell on fee.
Antony will also be offered a long-term contract on initially reduced terms that will be increase down the line.
