A Florida man allegedly ran over a foot model he met on a dating app because she would not let him sniff her feet.
Elmoncy Sercle, 28, is accused of hitting the woman he met on Seeking.com with an SUV, according to an arrest affidavit.
The woman told police that they met at The Serena Hotel in Aventura for the first time on August 24 and that once inside a room, Sercle requested to smell her feet and buy her used shoes, states the affidavit.
‘When I got there, he just wanted to sniff my feet and I didn’t feel comfortable with that,’ the woman, who is choosing to remain anonymous, told Local 10 on Monday.
‘I mean, you could have my sneakers all you want. I mean, I don’t care. I’m not wearing them. And you know, they’re just stinky old sneakers.
‘But people like weird things.’
The woman added that Sercle ‘did a three-point turn and actually hit me with a car’ and ‘ran me over’.
Details on injuries the woman suffered were not clear.
But she told the TV station: ‘By the grace of God, I’m still standing today.’
Sercle fled the hotel but was quickly arrested. He was charged with aggravated battery on Thursday.
‘I’ve never experienced anything like this before,’ the victim said.
‘I’ve met a lot of people who have foot fetishes, obviously, and nobody has ever done anything to this caliber.’
