One lucky winner has scooped last night’s £56million EuroMillions jackpot.
According to National Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased in Spain.
Another person came within a whisker of taking home the big prize after matching five of their numbers as well as a lucky star, bagging a £524,043.10.
Five more players matched five of their numbers and will each receive £24,495.50.
Friday’s winning numbers were 27, 30, 31, 41,43 and the lucky stars were 5 and 8.

Last night another 30 players, of which six were in the UK, won £1,271.60 each for matching four numbers and both of the lucky stars.
