AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Coroner’s Office confirmed it is investigating a suspicious death on Monday.
According to a statement from Coroner Mark Bowen on Sept. 8, the office responded to Southview Cemetery 1102 Nellieville Road in reference to a suspicious death. A male was found deceased in the back of an SUV.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
According to the coroner, the ID will be released once a positive ID has been made
