Justin Baldoni faces fresh harassment claims in lawsuit

Justin Baldoni is facing fresh harassment allegations as his bitter legal fight with Blake Lively intensifies.

Court documents filed this week claim the actor and filmmaker created a “toxic environment” on set. One accuser alleges verbal abuse and repeated negative encounters.

JUSTIN BALDONI’S ALLEGED ABUSE

The unnamed individual stated Baldoni, 41, was barred from much of the production on It Ends With Us due to the conduct, according to Page Six.

They also requested that he not be part of “marketing or public relations efforts.”

Sources told TMZ the accuser is likely to testify in Lively’s harassment lawsuit, scheduled for March 2026 in New York.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT CLAIMS AGAINST JUSTIN BALDONI

Blake Lively, 38, sued Baldoni in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment while filming the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s best-seller.

Justin Baldoni has denied the claims. His legal troubles grew when actress Isabela Ferrer also alleged he “harassed” her after she was subpoenaed.

Baldoni’s team countered that they only contacted her attorneys “twice.”

COUNTER LAWSUIT

The dispute has spiralled publicly. In January, Baldoni hit back with a lawsuit against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, demanding R7.4 billion in damages.

He claimed defamation and extortion, citing leaked text messages from Lively that referenced her close friend Taylor Swift.

But by June 2025, a judge dismissed his claim as baseless. Lively is now seeking to have him pay her legal fees and damages.

BLAKE LIVELY AND TAYLOR SWIFT

The case has even fractured Lively and Swift’s friendship, a source revealed. “Taylor wants no part in this drama,” the insider.

Justin Baldoni now faces mounting accusations, a major court battle, and a tarnished reputation. As one industry source put it: “These stories don’t stay contained. They ripple through careers.”

The trial promises explosive testimony when it begins next year, and all eyes will be on whether Baldoni can defend his name in court.
