Charlie Kirk’s wife has shared another devastating video on Instagram after he was shot during an event at Utah Valley University last week.
The 31-year-old conservative activist was killed on 10th September while debating on the first stop of his American Comeback Tour, run by his organisation Turning Point USA.
His wife returned to Instagram following his death earlier this week with a series of emotional photos of his dead body. In the caption, she said the world is “evil”.
Now, she’s posted another heartbreaking video of Charlie Kirk. In the clip, he’s sitting in a restaurant with their daughter on his knee, telling her how he and Erika met in that very spot.
“Story time. So we’re here at Bill’s Burgers in New York City, and right near this very table was the first time that I met Mama. It started as a job interview. I was asking all these questions, asking all these questions, philosophy, religion, Jesus,” he says.
“Then I realised Mama was beautiful and smart and elegant and Christlike. I said, ‘Forget this job interview. I want to date you.’ I said, ‘I have enough friends’. And that’s where your journey started.”

In the caption, Erika heartbreakingly wrote: “My favourite love story.” Charlie and Erika started dating in 2018, and it was actually influencer Candace Owens who encouraged them to get together.
He proposed two years later, in December 2020, and they got married in Scottsdale, Arizona, in May 2021, surrounded by just their closest family and friends.
In a YouTube video, Charlie said he “almost immediately” knew she was the one. In Erika’s Instagram comments, someone agreed that it was “the greatest love story this world will ever know”.
“The way he kept looking up at you while telling your love story. So romantic,” another person added.
