GEORGIA (WJBF) – Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger officially announced his campaign for Governor of Georgia Wednesday morning, pledging to make Georgia affordable and safe.
He mapped out a plan to lower taxes and the costs of housing for hardworking families, spur job creation, ban puberty blockers and woke ideology, and crack down on crime.
“Hardworking Georgians are struggling to put food on the table. Parents worry about their kids being indoctrinated in the classroom. Too many families live in fear of gangs, cartels, and violent criminals,” said Raffensperger. “Our future is in peril, yet cowardly politicians cave to well-funded special interests and political elites—sacrificing the well-being of our families to advance their own agenda. Rooted in faith and driven by a commitment to do the right thing, I’m running for Governor to make Georgia affordable, safe, and strong.”
Raffensperger also pledged to work alongside Donald Trump and congressional leaders to bring jobs back to Georgia, deport criminal aliens, and restore law and order in communities across the state.
