Curiosity Cat Café
Curiosity Cat Café is located in Noordhoek. It is a cattery that started in 2012. The owners breed hypoallergenic Siberian cats, specifically Traditional and Neva Masquerade varieties. Moreover, they offer a space where you can visit and spend quality time with their friendly Siberian cats.
Visits are by appointment only. You can book online via their website, and also find the rules and guidelines to ensure a stress-free visit for their cats. Come and play with the cats, pick them up, take photos, and also enjoy tea or coffee with baked and savoury snacks.
Cat Heaven
Cat Heaven Rescue Cat Café is on 35 Bright Street in Somerset West. Established in 2017, it is known as the first rescue cat café in Africa. As described on their website, they aim to “eliminate pet homelessness through education on rescue, adoption and spay/neuter services”.
