AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – On September 18th, investigators with the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1000 block of Georgia Ave in North Augusta.
Since May of this year, ACSO Narcotic Division has been working a joint operation with investigators from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) and agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) into the drug trafficking organization of Jerome
Green.
As a result of the investigation over 700 grams of Fentanyl was taken off the streets and led to the arrest of the following individuals:
- Jerome Green (57) of Graniteville
- Maxine Greene (56) of North Augusta
- Winnie Marie Carrol (59) of North Augusta
All three have been charged with Trafficking Fentanyl.
Jerome Green is currently incarcerated in Columbia County awaiting extradition to Aiken.
