The University of Bristol has secured the position of the tenth best university in the UK, according to The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide.
Bristol University is the 54th best university in the world, also ranking its courses in engineering, including aeronautical and manufacturing engineering, as well as civil engineering, among the UK’s top five. So basically, if you want to do engineering, come to Bristol uni!
The guide notes that: “The combination of a leading research university and a charming cosmopolitan city that’s within easy reach of most of the country makes Bristol one of the most consistently popular destinations for students”.

Bristol Uni was ranked 15th. Whilst UWE Bristol jumped 26 places to come 38th in the UK.

The London School of Economics and Political Science remains the number one university in the UK for a second year in a row, whilst both Oxford and Cambridge have dropped from the top three to joint fourth place, for the first time in the guide’s 32-year history.
Hopefully, both universities in Bristol will improve again next year!
