US President Donald Trump falsely claimed that London’s Muslim mayor wants to institute Sharia law in a long-winded speech before the United Nations General Assembly.
Trump said London has a ‘terrible’ mayor implementing the religious and ethical legal system of Islam.
‘I look at London, where you have a terrible mayor, terrible, terrible mayor, and it’s been so changed,’ he said.
‘Now they want to go to Sharia law.’
It was part of his rant on migration ‘destroying’ European countries.
‘Europe has been invaded by a force of illegal aliens like nobody has ever seen before,’ Trump said.
He added that it will be the ‘death of Western Europe if something is not done immediately’.
