AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – An Aiken man was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
Reports say the victim met with police in November of 2024. She reportedly told them she had been sexually exploited since 11-years-old and had a baby by the suspect at 13.
That suspect has been identified as 50-year-old James A. Brown.
She allegedly said that she filed a report sooner, but neglected to tell law enforcement that Brown was the father because she didn’t want him to get into trouble.
Brown remains in the Aiken County Jail.
